Lay out approximately 12

cups on a small baking sheet or tray.

cupcake bites were refrigerated, and one was patient enough to peel the sides away from the chocolate
cup before popping the
cupcake bite out of it.
Pour chocolate mixture into a funnel or measuring
cup and pour into a
silicone cupcake mold about 1/2 full.
Immediately pour batter into a
cupcake pan lined with
silicone cups.
Using
silicone muffin
cups is important, very easy to pop out the pumpkin
cupcakes once cooled.
