Once ready, divide the dough into 12 pieces and create small flat disks by using
silicone cupcake liners for size (see photo below).
Using
the silicone cupcake liners, pour a thin layer of chocolate to fully cover the bottom.
First line up molds, if you are using
silicone cupcake liners like me place them in a cooking pan so that when you are pouring and you happen to spill then it is easy to clean up.

liners or use individual
silicone cupcake moulds, that will fit in a smaller oven.
I baked it in a round
silicone pan that I have, not sure the exact size... and it actually came out better than my
cupcakes, which kind of stuck to my pan because I don't have
cupcake liners (i thought the sillcone would be good enough, and I greased with some butter...).
I've made them both in a traditional muffin pan with
liners and in a
silicone muffin pan sprayed with cooking spray without
liners and found that the
cupcakes slip right out of the
silicone muffin pan and tend to stick to
cupcake liners a bit.
We suggest using a
silicone muffin tin and lightly greasing it for the best results, however, the recipe also works perfectly in a normal muffin tin with paper
liners (they just make it easier to get the
cupcakes out in one piece!).
Line a mini
cupcake pan with
liners or use a non-stick
silicone pan with no
liners.
Pour the mixture into
silicone squares or
cupcake tins with small paper
liners.
Line a
cupcake pan with
silicone liners.
Nothing will stick to this
silicone muffin pan, so you can bake with no added fats or
cupcake liners.
