So I ended up purchasing a new
silicone muffin mold on Amazon.
Makes: 1 large cheesecake or 12 mini cheesecakes Equipment: 8 - inch springform pan or 12 - cup
silicone muffin mold, food processor, and high - speed blender
Grease a 8 - inch springform pan or a 12 - cup
silicone muffin mold with a neutral oil such as sunflower oil.
Prepare a small mini muffin pan or individual
silicone muffin molds by lightly brushing with coconut oil or cooking spray.
I made my white chocolates in the shape of snowflakes using
some silicone muffin molds, but you can use any kind of mold you want.

Use a spoon or spatula to transfer the batter into cupcake
molds (I use
silicone molds that I love because they are so easy to remove the
muffins from and wash)
Melt your dark chocolate and pour half of it into a chocolate
mold or, if you don't have one, into
muffin cups (paper or
silicone — check out these ones on our Pow shop!)
Note: I baked thirty six of them (in a chocolate - making
silicone mold) to make an army and four large ones to show you how, in times of peace, you can also make regular old
muffins (you could also throw the batter above in a bread loaf tin and make a loaf).
Ladle soup in 1 / 2 - cup
silicone molds or
muffin pan cups.
If you don't have a mini
muffin pan or a
silicone mold, you can pour the mixture into a small parchment - lined tupperware container or the like.
I made a loaf in a bread pan and
muffins in a
silicone mold.
Kids also love to fill the
muffin tins or
silicone molds in fun shapes.
