And then you just shift yourself
out of that
Fight or Flight, and if you can control your nervous system a little bit better with your mind, that's gonna help you because everybody's gonna get exposed to
similar forms of stress issue, but if you have built up yourself, whether that's with the supplements that we talked about, or whether that's with a mindfulness practice and you have the ability to disengage the trigger so to speak at this loaded gun — that you're gonna disengage — you know, not gonna pull the trigger of that
Fight or Flight, you're gonna be a lot more powerful that someone else who's gonna
break under a stressful time.
