like retirement, death, or disability.
Even when using colorblind assistant tools
like firefoxes colorzilla addon or the free ware tool «whatcolor4» which displays color triplets used in screen images, it can be difficult for me to distinguish
similar shades as color ditthering can create a situation where the user can find no pixel to sample that has exactly the same color triplet as the key used in the
graph.
Afterall, we would not be having this conversation, except for a certain canadian gentleman (Steve Mcintyre) asking
similar questions of the IPCC «hockey stick»
graph sent to every Canadian household, as «proof» of unprecedented man made global warming, it looked
like a «sales / marketing» tool to him
I've got eight other
graphs on the DeSmog Blog, none of which has been questioned in the least, all showing a hockey stick shape in the temperature from 1,000 years ago to today, and all of them showing a pretty
similar — the idea that there was a Medieval Warming Period during which the temperature was higher than it is now is, that is
like, flagrantly incorrect is the nicest way that I can say it.
