My grandma had a very very
similar recipe for hot cocoa, but it's not quite champurrado (she's spanish so it's

recipe was even better, and I love that you sub the zucchini noodles for the pasta noodles to get an even bigger dose
of veggies in this dish!
I've made other
similar recipes and have liked them all, so it's not required to buy special ingredients to make this
kind of bread.
They are both pretty
similar, but my grandmother's cozonac
recipe requires such a long and vigorous kneading that it
kind of puts me off baking it.
For example, you can't copyright the ingredients for something like hummus or a burger, as these are the
kinds of recipes that tend to have a
similar set
of ingredients.
