Sure, the game insists on having its unique bunch of characters speaking by taking a few
similar sounds and mashing them together into a grating mess just like the used
to do back in the good old days, but Yooka and Laylee themselves are wonderfully animated, from the
way Yooka covers his ears before a
sonic attack or how Laylee runs on top of Yooka while Yooka rolls.
