Similarly, I've argued that Labour should focus on growth as well as the cost of living; in other words, making the economic pie bigger, in addition to sharing it more equitably; being a party of increased production, not
simply fairer distribution.
And it would not be
fair to ignore corruption and other problems that contribute to mal -
distribution of income, the insecurity of
simply walking on streets (and the lack of decent sidewalks and cycle paths), squatting etc..
