simply because of consumer demand and that people only
think to buy cranberries in the fall, or if they don't grow well in the
warmer climes of Florida or California and thus truly are only seasonally available.
My version is very similar to the original, except that I've added a bit more of certain ingredients, added some

thought simply must be included, and I've slightly changed the cooking process.
When Elneny joined he was full of confidence and that's how you assess a player when he's at his very best otherwise a guy like Ozil will be considered trash taking by his last performances yet everyone goes back to his memory books to assess Ozil and the same should happen with Elneny who won back to back player of the month when he first joined and scored that screamer against Barcelona yet his all round contribution that made the headlines then came Xhaka on board and that is exactly when Elneny's form started slightly dipping because
simply his confidence was shaken by finding himself a regular bench
warmer instead of a regular like he was before Xhaka joining and I don't
think Wenger addressed this psychological issue with Elneny or even noticed it probably because he had enough issues of his own.

Think that
simply giving your baby a relaxing

As I argued here, I
think this is meaningful and is a result, as shown by a myriad of polling questions, of people not

«I ate perfectly,» said the sound egotistical little voice in my head... «I don't need to do a multiple day cleanse, I am healthy, I cleanse every day via oil pulling, body brushing, bikram yoga, and
warm lemon water upon waking» And I'd
think... how can one
simply just not eat when hours are spent in the kitchen with food?

thought - with measurements dating back to 138BC

I
think the best explanation as to why the «politics of fear» isn't working is
simply because nobody has taken the time to map out and publicize the worst case scenario of global
warming (perhaps it would be better put as «global heating»?)

Now, in the discussion of earthquakes, I
think John Nissen was
simply mentioning mechanisms for abrupt methane release, and thus wrote «e.g. as from an earthquake,» and Gavin pointed out that this would have little to do with
warming.
I
think the main reason it is often difficult to convince a lot of people of global
warming science is because it is
simply harder to present a tangible and irrefutable example of the science at work.
(My
thinking is that even if part of the
warming on Earth has been caused by increasing solar output, that
simply means we must redouble our efforts to do what we can to reduce GHGs, esp.
I often
think what would happen if we could
simply point to a group of dark, scary men from another culture who talk funny and hate us and «prove» that they are causing global
warming.
What
simply amazes me (TonyB seems to agree) is that U.K. and other jurisdictions have enacted laws to mandate greenhouse gas reductions with HUGE impact on the taxpayers» lives without any evidence that they have even
thought about the effectiveness of their programs in actually reducing global
warming.
Henry@Willis I
think to explain the phenomena of why the oceans do not get
warmer than 30 - 33C When the top layer of molecules of the water in the reservoir reaches a certain temp., namely the boiling point at ruling pressure, it
simply evaporates and thereby it cools the remaining liquid in the reservoir.
CH, if you have some idea of what is going to happen with the extra 5 W / m2 forcing in the 21st century, you need to say it, because otherwise people will just
think it will
simply get
warmer like the last time the earth had so much CO2 which was in the Eocene epoch (a pre-Antarctic ice shelf period).
The IPCC consider that CO2 caused and drove the late 1970s to late 1990s
warming simply because they could not
think of any other explanation that could explain that
warming.
NASA
thought this to be erroneous, so they
simply removed from the data set those buoys that were showing the greatest amount of cooling, and hey presto ARGO suggested ocean
warming.
It seems obvious that some form of adaptation will be necessary (unless you
think climate change isn't happening) and it seems clear that reducing the risk of the most severe impacts will require reductions in GHG emissions (unless you
think GHGs don't produce
warming, or you
think that the higher climate sensitivity values are
simply impossible).
is somewhat different from «we all agree CO2 is a GHG and it is
simply a matter of how much
warming it will cause» or words to that effect which I
think is where Richard used to be.
However, given that the CAGW position doesn't rest on specific numbers, but is instead an unorganized collection of anecdotal evidence, coupled with heavily - tweaked computer models, unfounded assumptions about positive feedbacks, and a healthy imagination about possible future disasters, a lower
warming number for the 20th century will
simply be brushed over with claims about aerosols being stronger than previously
thought, more
warming still waiting in the «pipeline» or similar ad hoc «explanations» that keep the overall story alive.
«I
think one unintended outcome of the Paris Agreement was that it made the public
think limiting
warming to 1.5 C is possible with only marginally stronger policy from government on reducing emissions and this is
simply not the case.»
To point out just a couple of things: — oceans
warming slower (or cooling slower) than lands on long - time trends is absolutely normal, because water is more difficult both to
warm or to cool (I mean, we require both a bigger heat flow and more time); at the contrary, I see as a non-sense theory (made by some serrist, but don't know who) that oceans are storing up heat, and that suddenly they will release such heat as a positive feedback: or the water
warms than no heat can be considered ad «stored» (we have no phase change inside oceans, so no latent heat) or oceans begin to release heat but in the same time they have to cool (because they are losing heat); so, I don't feel strange that in last years land temperatures for some series (NCDC and GISS) can be heating up while oceans are slightly cooling, but I feel strange that they are heating up so much to reverse global trend from slightly negative / stable to slightly positive; but, in the end, all this is not an evidence that lands»
warming is led by UHI (but, this effect, I would not exclude it from having a small part in temperature trends for some regional area, but just small); both because, as writtend, it is normal to have waters
warming slower than lands, and because lands» temperatures are often measured in a not so precise way (despite they continue to give us a global uncertainity in TT values which is barely the instrumental's one)-- but, to point out, HadCRU and MSU of last years (I mean always 2002 - 2006) follow much better waters» temperatures trend; — metropolis and larger cities temperature trends actually show an increase in UHI effect, but I
think the sites are few, and the covered area is very small worldwide, so the global effect is very poor (but it still can be sensible for regional effects); but I would not run out a small
warming trend for airport measurements due mainly to three things: increasing jet planes traffic, enlarging airports (then more buildings and more asphalt — if you follow motor sports, or
simply live in a town / city, you will know how easy they get very
warmer than air during day, and how much it can slow night - time cooling) and overall having airports nearer to cities (if not becoming an area inside the city after some decade of hurban growth, e.g. Milan - Linate); — I found no point about UHI in towns and villages; you will tell me they are not large cities; but, in comparison with 20-40-60 years ago when they were «countryside», many small towns and villages have become part of larger hurban areas (at least in Europe and Asia) so examining just larger cities would not be enough in my opinion to get a full view of UHI effect (still remembering that it has a small global effect: we can say many matters are due to UHI instead of GW, maybe even that a small part of measured GW is due to UHI, and that GW measurements are not so precise to make us able to make good analisyses and predictions, but not that GW is due to UHI).
If fact it's probably a better idea to
think of La Nina
simply being more efficient heat uptake by the ocean, and El Nino being less efficient heat uptake, with a consequence of less or more heat being available to transfer to the atmosphere, than to
think of El Nino as
warming and La Nina as cooling.
I am
thinking that is a little simplistic, but the whole exercise is doomed anyway because we
simply do not have data going far enough back to know whether the current
warming is exceptional.
If that is the measure then it could be
simply that the public accepts that 97 percent of climate scientists meme that the earth's most recent spat of
warming is human caused, but they don't
think it really matters.
But if you are going to
simply be thunderstruck that some people don't trust climate scientists, then don't post a chart that is a great example of why people
think that a lot of global
warming science is garbage.
