Kong has come a long way
since he starred in the 1933 classic movie that spawned many spinoffs and reboots (the last of them being Peter Jackson's majestic 2005 «
King Kong»).
It's no knock on her talent to suggest that she has never had a role as rich, extreme or demanding
since, though her brilliant performances in pictures as different as «21 Grams,» «We Don't Live Here Anymore,» «
King Kong» and «The Impossible» found her scaling the estimable peak of her powers nonetheless.

King Kong» movies, Skull Island turns out to be roaming with creatures, including the scariest giant spider
since Shelob in «The Return of the
King,» except this one is a lot bigger.
