I think it would have a very different taste than the cauliflower here,
since roasted broccoli still sometimes has a touch of bitterness.

roasted broccoli.
I made this tonight only with
roasted broccoli instead of cauliflower (
since that's what the hubby likes).
Since I did get a couple of emails asking how to
roast broccoli, I decided that it was definitely a «blog - worthy» recipe.
However,
since my family and I like food with a kick, I omitted the nutritional yeast for wasabi powder (to taste) to the coconut oil and
roasted the
broccoli.
