The story of Jesus is what the eternal trinitarian life of God looks like when it is projected upon the screen of history, and this means not only on the screen of human history but of
sinful human history.

human creation and development refer to original sin as the origin of our
sinful history.
Christians should agree that there exists a perfect orthodoxy in the mind of God; however, the proliferation of schisms, disagreements, and divisions throughout church
history points to the fact that we as

humans are imperfect at agreeing precisely on that orthodoxy.
