What has worked with most of the clients I've worked is having an even balance diet of
every single macronutrient ratio.
So we do not consider that
a single macronutrient ratio applies to everyone, but we do believe that intolerance of a «normal» macronutrient ratio is diagnostic of a dysfunction of some kind.
