I made a small batch yesterday and just wasn't feeling it for dinner, so I packed up the leftovers
into single serve containers for lunch for myself and the boy today.
Since you're not likely to store this high - protein snack
in single serving containers, just be mindful of the type of glass you pour your milk into before you drink.

single serve containers ready to toss into the lunchbox for dipping.
Freezer cooking = making a larger batch of whatever you normally cook (double or triple the recipe so you make 6 - 8 servings), eating it for dinner that night, and freezing the rest

Day 2: Breakfast was the granola we brought from home with
a single serve container of organic milk that I bought at the grocery store.
If you can't avoid Tetra Paks, skip
the single serve containers.
Buy items in bulk instead of
single serve containers.
Or, go ahead and portion it out into
single serving containers, and take it for lunch for the week.
Just be sure that you store each protein snack in
a single serving container so that you're not tempted to eat more than you should at snack time.
