Finally made a batch of these yesterday and they turned out OK but were a bit dry (like I had to take
a sip of water between each bite).

Sipping on
water all day and in
between meals will not only keep you hydrated but it will help you avoid taking up too much
of your stomach's space by chugging sporadic full glasses.
I had a cold cloth on my face, neck and forehead
between waves and
sips of water and «labour aide» given to my from a straw while I rested
between contractions.
Remind her how well she is doing, and help her find a comfortable position, use cold rags for her face, and give her
sips of water or ice in
between contractions.

For example, I have heard
of strategies
of putting down fork
between every bite and taking a
sip of water... and never eating while standing up / walking... always taking 20 mins for meal, sitting down with fork and knife.
She suggests putting down the chopsticks
between bites and taking a
sip of water before deciding if you need more.
There is 2 parts to this workout, you can take about 20 - 30 sec break in
between those two parts, I literally just took a
sip of water in
between.
Ahhh, a picnic at the beach or in front
of some body
of water for my kids to jump in
between bites
of pulled pork sliders and
sips of tea or lemonade:)
