I kept mine
warm in the
oven as the next one was being made but they could also
sit in a Thermoserve if you're a Thermomixer.
I usually just let mine
sit until they
warm up, but I've also tossed them
in the toaster
oven to kind of quicken the process.

But the batch I make for Easter will spend a night
in the fridge... and an hour coming to a
warmer temp... and then 30 minutes
sitting on the cookie sheet before going into the

sat in an airtight container, or are no longer still just a little

oven, you really should reheat them ever - so - slightly to get the true Levain texture and taste.
