As for working on it, I find typing to be about on par with a netbook
keyboard,
so while I prefer a full
size keyboard (might splurge for a BT one at some point), typing isn't abysmal either and I find I can make good time with it.
The onscreen
keyboard is a decent
size for typing on,
so you can write messages up in no time.
For me though, the larger
sized screen and oh -
so thin design of the Torch 9850/9860 are well worth the loss of a physical
keyboard.
For example, the identically
sized Backspace key and Delete keys are adjacent to each other and much smaller than you'd expect,
so it may take a while to get used to the
keyboard for touch typing.
