size pie tin do you use in this recipe?

To make the
pie crust, line a standard
size muffin
tin with plastic wrap.
We like to take them out of the
tins they come in, and place them in a similar -
sized pie pan.
I think the next time I make this I'm going to use either a few small
pie tins so I can easily freeze the leftovers or use my muffin pan to make the serving
sizes more manageable or I should say controllable.
Once it's the
size you need for your
pie tin, remove top sheet and place
pie plate upside down on top.
Muffin
tin size would likely be around 6 - 8, while mini
pie tins would probably be 4.
You could use this recipe to make a full
sized pie if you prefer — use a 15cm / 6inch card or silicon mould or parchment lined spring form
tin, and extend the chilling time.
