Mix the sliced apples, blackberries, cinnamon and optional sugar in a medium
size pyrex (or similar) baking dish.

It was made with almond meal and I left out the flax meal, the only container I had close to that
size was a 8.5 x 4.5
pyrex dish.
I hope it works in my
Pyrex baker (and that it's large enough; forgot to check what
size it was and it's in the oven).
Made the bread today and used correct
size pan — clear
Pyrex.
I do think doubling the recipe & using an 8 × 11
Pyrex dish makes the perfect
size (8 servings) as the bread seemed to have had risen higher than when I made the original recipe.
I assume you take all of the trays out, and would use pint
size jars or a
pyrex baking dish or something like that?
I had to use a
Pyrex glass bowl - 4 cup
size & it also just barely fit in that.
Problem: my greased recommended
size «loaf pan» was
Pyrex which required much work to release the bread.

Be well stocked with glass baking and storage dishes that have air - tight lids (
Pyrex ™ produces a line with a wide variety of
sizes) and plastic freezer bags.

Pyrex ones are sturdy and have great
sizes for work lunches.
I love my
Pyrex pie plates and have many of them in various
sizes — I like to pick them up for less than $ 1 at yard sales, junk shops or Goodwill!
