While it's always nice to get free DLC in any form, Plague of Shadows, while a full
sized game expansion, is one that I found to be a bit of a let down.

Despite being fairly meaty in
size the
expansion lacks any sort of meta -
game reward or replayability, not to mention the awkward integration and occasional issue with pacing.
Interestingly the
game's first big - box
expansion titled Dark City is said to fix two of my complaints; Aside from doubling the
size of the
game it brings a whole new roster of heroes whose card's all feature individual artwork.
Boasting a playable environment that is the
size of Old Town and The Slums combined, Dying Light: The Following is not just DLC, but a full
game expansion that is almost as big as the main
game.

expansion make a ludicrously weighty proposition.
