Then I got cocky and tried making the Peach Dumplings from

I realized in the final five or so minutes that we were clearly in «soft ball» temps and, rather than lose the whole thing, poured it into a tray (with a wax paper sling, a la
the SK Cookbook apple cider caramels!).
I have a Tres Leches Rice Pudding recipe in
the SK cookbook that we find deadly delicious — it uses sweetened condensed milk, coconut milk, evaporated and heavy cream.
