Traditionally the pancake is made in
a skillet over the stove top and you would fill the whole pan, turn over when it is browned and cut up while in the pan and to help it cook since it is so large.

Start by heating a large
skillet over medium - low heat (I have the best luck at about 3 1/2 on my glass -
top electric
stove.)
I've used it on the
stove: gas and electric (on glass
tops do not drag this
skillet on it, it will scratch the glass) as well as
over fire outdoors.
Return nonstick
skillet to
stove -
top over medium high heat.
Or, my preferred method is to cook them in a spray - oiled
skillet over medium heat on the
stove top, stirring and shaking (the
skillet, not your booty) constantly.
Alternatively, toast the walnuts in a
skillet over medium - low heat on the
stove -
top for 8 - 10 minutes, shaking often.
Alternately you can heat a
stove top griddle or heavy
skillet over medium heat.
Step 4: Place a non-stick or heavy iron
skillet over medium heat on
top of the
stove and add 1/2 tsp butter.
Return the
skillet to the
stove top over medium - low and pour in the eggs.
Heat 2 tablespoons of the chicken broth in a large
skillet on the
stove top over medium heat.
Cook bacon until crispy in
stove top - compatible slow cooker insert or in a
skillet set
over medium heat.

skillet over medium heat on
top of the
stove and add 1/2 tsp butter.
Meanwhile, cook the sausages in a
skillet over medium heat on the
stove top or in a 350 °F oven until they are cooked through.
