In a
large skillet pan over medium - high heat, warm the remaining 3 tablespoons of olive oil.
In a
large skillet pan heat 1 tbsp of olive oil over medium heat and add the shallots.

skillet pan to medium heat.

Bring a saucepan of water to boil and heat up
a skillet pan so it's nice and hot.
Add canola oil to a large
skillet pan (preferably cast iron) until oil covers the bottom of pan.
Add oil to large
skillet pan and heat over medium - high heat.
