You learn and master each of the required
skills in confined water (swimming pool - like conditions) first before moving on and showing your instructor that you can comfortably repeat those skills in open water.
We transfer all the skills you have learned in confined water to an open water environment so, for example, the water will be deeper than in confined water, the visibility will be different, there could be waves or current to deal with but as you have mastered
the skills in confined water already you will be prepared and able to handle the different environment.
After which, you will need to complete the required
skills in confined water (pool - like conditions), then repeating those silks in 4 open water dives.
The Padi Instructor will introduce you with the most important points when diving with compressed air, will show you the scuba equipment and you will practice four water
skills in confined waters (a pool or a cenote) before the open water dives.

The PADI Discover Scuba Diving (Resort) Course starts with a short lecture and is followed by
confined water skills in our pool, including mask clearing, regulator recovery & clearing.

On island we complete the
