On my plate is a crispy -
skinned piece of salmon, a blood orange and cara cara salad with radicchio, endive, and pistachios, and some jasmine rice spiked with cilantro.

piece of fresh root ginger 1 fresh red chile A small bunch
of fresh cilantro Peanut or vegetable oil 1 heaped tablespoon tandoori or mild curry paste A handful
of snow peas 1/2 can
of coconut milk A handful
of bean sprouts 1 lime
