These are great - looking boots but only meant
for skinny calves, especially if you want to keep the back zipper zipped.
We don't have anything against partial reps when they're used correctly, but most guys
with skinny calves tend to perform partial reps in the midrange of the movement and fail to achieve both a full, hard contraction at the top and a full stretch at the bottom of the rep.

doubt skinny calves.
My stipulations for over-the-knee boots for work were that they be wide enough for my calves (many options are made
for skinny calves), a block heel (added comfort and traction for my long walks across campus), and a tie at the top that would keep the boot from falling down my leg even if it got stretched out.

skinny calves, I think you should be able to pull them up so they are less slouchy.
However these have the perfect shaped heel for me & my comfort value plus I rarely find knee - high boots narrow enough for
my skinny calves so it was a no brainer.

I have
skinny calves and many knee high boots flare out on me too much.
They are true to size (I'm an 8) and fit perfectly around
my skinny calves.
I loved the idea of these boots and they looked great but I have
skinny calves and where they hit higher up than a typical bootie just looked a bit awkward on me.
