One of the reasons we recommend certified organic foods is the much lower concentration of unwanted contaminants in
the skins of organic fruits and vegetables, allowing you to enjoy the nutrient richness of the skins without being exposed to the same level of potential contaminants that might be present in non-organic versions of the same foods.

of beans and legumes usually about 1/4 cup dry, whole grains example brown rice pasta, some
organic whole grain bread, usual breakfast
organic old fashioned rolled oats with soup spoon
of dried wild blueberries, 1/2 a banana, 12 no salt almonds with
skin, a little almond milk.
A general rule
of thumb when it comes to
organic fruits and vegetables, if it is thin
skinned or you eat the
skin, then it is wise to buy
organic.
Strawberries are a great source
of vitamin C. Try to buy
organic if you can, especially these types
of fruits where we eat the
skin and all.
