we have a 4-1/2 month old and we've been slowly introducing the baby solids to him since he demanded
more and
more formula (which has been for about 2 months now) everyone told me to start him on rice cereal, we tried it and to this
day it still messes his little tummy up for a
few days (even though i» monly feeding him a tsp full of it with his applesauce) as far as the baby purees go he only eats applesauce, so i decided to
skip the baby applesauce and just buy the regular natural applesauce (much
more — 75 % less cost wise) he loves it... i think he likes it better
than the baby stuff!
Taking a
few days off is normal and recommended for a good recovery of the muscle tissue, but if you
skip the gym for
more than two weeks, you will experience a reduction of many gains you've struggled so hard to achieve.
