I don't need the book but I just had to post (in a neener neener fashion) that I am half French and that my child eats pretty much everything, and yes I breast fed him on demand for a year,
skipped baby
food jars, and have a well documented portfolio of him making a mess of himself eating all kinds of gloriously messy
foods with his fingers.
Instead, I decided to
skip that step and simply use raw almond butter straight outta the
jar then used a
food processor (NOT A BLENDER) to mix the pumpkin puree in along with chia and flax seeds to make this fall inspired fruit butter just that much more super!
