skirts at the moment.
As you recall from a couple of
posts ago, I suggested three easy ways to up your style game: find a jacket you love, switch your black pants to a black
skirt and wear a pair of tall boots.
Plus, wearing a dress
as a
skirt would also be a great option if you're doing a capsule wardrobe (like we discussed in the last
post) to get more outfits out of a few items.
As I mentioned in my previous

Navy and mustard yellow are one of my favorite color combinations, and I almost always pair this

post and noticed that the crochet lace is almost the same one

I've been really into lace trimming and midi dresses lately,
as seen in this
post where I wore this pencil
skirt (now 50 % off).
It seems
as if this outfit is one of Jamie's favorites
as well, based on the fact that she herself
posted this look on her website only a few days ago (we think she made a little boo - boo on the
skirt's brand, though).
It wasn't until recently that I found a lovely white faux fur vest and so I have recently styled this same dress
as a shirt under a
skirt with a faux fur vest that you can see in this
post here and by the photos below:
As you'll see in the colored versions I'll be showcasing in future
posts, the elastic waist makes it harder to style these
skirts because without a thoroughly synched in waist, even the thinnest of girls might look short and stubby.
Yet another fab mini-dress with the same top

The tank can be worn tucked in
skirts (for example here), worn over pants or shorts (
