The only reason this
game got a 4 is because of the price ($ 20) and the fact that for the first hour or so it is very fun hack and
slash game, but it lacks quality, it had so much potential to build off of the first one but dropped well short of the
mark.
Most hack and
slash games though totally miss the
mark,
games such as Ninja Blade and Afro Samurai, these
games had so much potential but didn't hit the
mark when it comes to fluid
game play and balanced enemies etc..
More than just a great visual trick in the second
game, and aside from just being part of the past two
games, it has become a franchise icon; a poetic representation of a sword
slashing through the air as the ninja wielding it disappears — the scarf's trail a tracer
marking only their disappearance.
