It's primary in that I'm also always working on much heavier strongman work and I'm also working on different types of cardiovascular capacity so the high volume
workouts that I do are not just limited to kettlebells, but they'll also involve barbells, dumbbells, bodyweight,
sledgehammers, cables, maces, and strongman work for instance super high rep tire flipping, sled dragging, heavy bag punching, etc..
