sleep coaching program that they fear will damage their child emotionally or fill them with so much guilt they couldn't follow through.
If you're completely anti cry - it - out, a
coach who bases their plans around a
method that will require you to leave your child alone to go to
sleep is probably not going to be a great fit.
I would rather you wait until you are confident that your baby is not in pain before you start
sleep coaching - no matter how gentle the
method.
