Everyone in my family
is anti - breastfeeding / co -
sleeping / CD / homebirth / gentle discipline and all the
wonderful things I have learned from AP --- and they
are not the quite non - opinionated people if you know what I mean.
But remember,
sleep must
be approached gently so that you create positive associations, and remind your children why
sleep is such a
wonderful (and necessary)
thing.
So part of the conflict here
is that we tell parents to safe
sleep and do all these
wonderful things, and your baby can still pass away from SIDS.

is NOT the
sleeping habits of a tiny human.
So stay positive... think about the
wonderful things in your life that you
're grateful for... eat like our early ancestors did... move around like our ancestors did... slow down... go barefoot, connect to the earth... get sensible sun exposure...
sleep like a rock... keep stress in check... and breathe.

wonderful things in your life that you
're grateful for.
The
wonderful thing about cats
is that they usually adapt to almost any situation and go back to their bed next to the radiator, curl up and go to
sleep!
It
's easy to take
things for granted at home, but after a long day spent outdoors, there
's nothing quite so
wonderful as a campfire, a hot dinner made in a single pot, a marshmallow on a stick, and a dry
sleeping bed.
