in the morning, had a late flight didn't get my
sleep, it was only a two hour flight from L.A. to Vancouver but I didn't get a lot of
sleep.
I am 27 yo male and I been bodybuilding for years, for some reason I got sudden pain
in knees about a year ago, it laste for
couple of weeks, hurted really badly, barely
slept some
days during those
couple of weeks.
I'm always so fatigued and can
sleep for a
couple days and when I'm not
sleeping I feel such a loss of energy that I stay
in bed a lot.

Also make sure to keep you're crate wherever you're family socializes the most during the
day and you can always move it to your room at night if that seems to help calm them the first
