While routine feels good, forcing down cold chia pudding when you would rather be eating a warm
slice of avocado toast does not.
Every once in awhile I'll crave something savory, like a sweet potato hash with lots of veggies or
a slice of avocado toast.
A 30 - minute jog will net you about 200 calories burned, and that's great, but it's also fewer calories than there are in a single
slice of avocado toast.
I love a good
slice of avocado toast as much as the next person.
But, on this particular day, I switched it up and had
a slice of avocado toast and another slice of toast with peanut butter and bananas.

I was used to eating takeout, like Caesar salads doused in dressing and thick
slices of avocado toast topped with tons of cheese, but thanks to the program, I learned that those seemingly «healthy» dishes were actually full of calories.

Don't get me wrong, I always love my juices, but I find I so often resort to drinking them with a couple
of slices of toast with
avocado and tomato.

slices of Avocado or a Soft - boiled Egg or some Cottage Cheese.....
If I'm in a hurry, I just
toast two
slices of bread, top it with one whole mashed
avocado, and sprinkle a pinch
of sea salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper on top.

avocado and white beans make for a fiber - rich and creamy topping, the perfect partner for a crispy
slice of toast.
