My favorite healthy late - night snack lately has been
sliced bananas mixed into light vanilla yogurt - it keeps me away from the ice cream.

Once this has happened,
slice the
banana into the
mix and pour in the apple juice, water, cinnamon, date syrup and maple syrup and blend again until smooth.
I've been loving it so much for breakfast,
mixing a few spoonfuls of it with
banana slices, frozen raspberries, raw cacao nibs and dried figs; seriously the best breakfast ever!
Simply
slice up the
banana, then mash it with a fork — once the
banana has been mashed

I cut off the edges of two
