When ready to serve, top the chia bircher's with
sliced fresh fruit of your choice, e.g. kiwifruit, banana, strawberries and a little grainola if you like a bit of crunch.

I love to pack along homemade trail mix, dehydrated fruits (dried cranberries are my favorite right now), granola and
sliced fresh fruits and veggies.
I have also made them for dessert by pilling up a few scoops of icecream,
slicing some fresh fruit, sprinkling shredded walnuts and topping it off with chocolate sauce.
Also consider switching up the jam occasionally with dried fruit (raisins, sliced dates) or
sliced fresh fruit.
Have
sliced fresh fruit, crackers with cheese, yogurt and granola or whole wheat tortillas with lean meat.
Do you add sugar to your cereal, if so consider swapping sugar out for
sliced fresh fruit, not dried fruit which is higher in calories.
