Peaches will only be in season for a few more weeks, but I already have plans to try this recipe with
sliced pears over the coming months.

Place your
sliced pear along the centre of the tin and sprinkle the coconut sugar
over the top.
Drizzle 1/2 teaspoon of the honey
over the
pear slices on each sandwich.
