Note: Corned beef can be substituted with cheese (a good strong Cheddar) to produce «Cheesy - mash» — but sprinkle some more grated cheese and
sliced tomato on top before placing
under the grille.

tomato in quarters and rinse the
tomato under water until there are no seeds left.
