My Thanksgiving leftover favorite has always been what I call simply a Thanksgiving sandwich, which is constructed from nothing but leftovers: dinner rolls
sliced in half and toasted, topped with
turkey, stuffing, and cranberry dressing.
But today there are vegan hamburgers, hotdogs, salamis,
turkeys, sausages, ham
slices and even cheeses found
in most supermarket aisles.
It's unusually versatile: Slather it on a
slice of bread and top with
turkey, dunk your kids chicken nuggets
in it (eating them yourself, obviously), dip some veggies
in it (you're so healthy!)
1 whole bone -
in turkey breast (about 5 lb) 1 lemon,

I made this today, following your idea, but I used Jimmy Dean cooked
turkey sausage crumbles
in place of the ham, I had thin
sliced swiss cheese so I used that like lasagna noodles and layered it.
The other meal I make a lot is
slices of chicken /
turkey / pork marinated
in harissa and tomato pesto, and flash fried.

turkey from the oven, cover with a doubled sheet of aluminum foil (if removed), and allow to rest
in a warm area 10 to 15 minutes before

slices of cucumbers and 2
slices of olives for the eyes.
