Instead of the jam, spread peanut butter on your bread and sandwich
slices of banana in it.
Drop a heaping tablespoon of batter into the preheated pan (batter should sizzle), then press a couple
slices of banana in the center.

Make a batch
of banana ice cream by pureeing the
sliced and frozen
bananas in a food processor fitted with an «S» blade.
I took a frozen
banana out
of the freezer (we save for smoothies when they get to dark to eat fresh) put a
slice of banana on each cookie and then baked for 9 minutes (I cooked 1 extra minute
in my oven because
of the
banana)
We really like
sliced bananas on our Cream
of Corn, and I think that fresh peaches would be delicious

Layers 3 ripe
bananas,
sliced thin 225 g / 1 1/2 cup raspberries, mashed with a fork 225 g / 1 1/2 cup blackberries, mashed with a fork 125 g nut butter 120 ml raw date syrup (soft dates mixed with a splash
of water
in a blender) 500 ml / 2 cups thick cream, chilled
Toast a wedge and top with some peanut butter and a few
