I also wanted smaller
buns (
slider size) so I used a muffin
top pan (aka Whoopie Pie pan by Wilton).
The best way to serve
sliders is to melt a small rectangular slice of cheese across the
top of the cooked patty and then set each
slider within a
slider bun.
To assemble the
sliders place some of the aioli on the bottom
bun,
top that with a patty, then go tomato, red onion, and finally the avocado and
top bun.
To build the
slider, slater both sides of the
bun with the Sriracha mayonnaise, place 3 shrimp on each
bun,

I used heartier dinner rolls in order to keep the condiments tucked in nicely;
slider buns are thin and small, and don't offer much room for the
toppings.
You can serve them on their own, or on
slider - sized
buns with a variety of burger - like
toppings.
Top each bottom
bun with lettuce, if desired, 1
slider and 1 tsp.
Place black bean burger on favorite toasted
slider bun or greens and
top with Avocado Puree.
