If you use the
muffin tins instead of silicone cups, your cheesecakes will be
slightly bigger.
I just made them, they're cooling off while we drool... I used a 1/4 cup scoop and got about the size of an english
muffin for each or
slightly bigger.
I use my large Pampered Chef scoop, though, and overfill it
slightly since I like a
big, fluffy
muffin / cupcake.
