leg muscles,
then it will be difficult to
slim them back down while you are still dancing.

legs then yes I would avoid HIIT and do more running and walking.
If you are doing heavy lifting, especially for lower body exercises
then your
legs will not
slim down and will continue to be muscular or get even bigger.
I always make sure the waist works and if they're baggy other places
then I probably wouldn't buy them, but these are
slim legged everywhere else so might work for you.
Usually I stick to one oversized piece up top and
then wear other pieces that are tailored, or show that I am
slimmer underneath like you did with the boots, or I bare my
legs more..
