I do feel resistance on my quads when using the bike, so I have a feeling it's not as effective as
slimming legs as power walking, but I wanted to know your opinion.

I knew running would be a great help
as I did a body fat lost challenge before where I went crazy on sprint running on treadmill plus heavy weight plus very restricted diet, so I was able to
slim down the
legs plus lost 10 pounds.
And lastly, I do like jumping ropes a lot
as it is easy to bring up my heat rate, but I guess it's a NO NO to
slim legs?
None of my clothes fit anymore and my

My main problem is my
legs, I need to
slim them down,
as I will be in a bikini in 8 weeks.
The elliptical is not
as good
as walking to
slim down your
legs.
It will still build a bit of muscle because of the push down motion and won't
slim down your
legs as much.
However, it still feels
as though my

as much
as I would have thought.
I don't think it would be

as walking and running for
slimming legs (because you're pushing against resistance, it will build more muscle).
