Hans Heyer didn't qualify for what would have been his only Grand Prix, but in some confusion at the start of the race
he slipped out of the pits and on to the grid - but no one noticed!

pit but then apparently you
slip back in; when on that edge, reach
out for any little vine that can give you the strength to hang on and let that little bit
of Son shine on you... dry you off... and give you traction to move forward.
His lead in the standings is now just three points after he admitted to simply coming
out of the Watkins Glen
pit lane too quickly, hit the brakes, locked up and
slipped off on cold tyres.
This is a problem because the first maneuver is to reverse

slip lane onto the
pit exit.
