We're still skeptical about the microSD card slot as Google has shied away from said
slots in Nexus devices of all kinds.
There's no microSD card

Nexus 7 is ruling the segment right now, though the Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 Student Edition can pose some stiff competition to it as the Samsung offering includes front and back cameras and a microSD card
slot, both of which are missing
in the
Nexus 7.
It is important to note that
Nexus tablets don't have SD card
slots, so this is something to keep
in mind if you wanted to store lots of files on your device.

Nexus doesn't — including a 2 - Megapixel rear camera, a MicroSD memory card
slot, and HDMI 1080p; plus 3G internet connection through its USB port — TabletSprint also includes $ 25
in Bonus Apps.
We're due for a
Nexus 7 refresh here sometime soon, and chances are it'll be a pretty nice overhaul of the existing model, but things like a MicroSD
slot are very very unlikely to ever show up
in a
Nexus device.
Google put their name on it so it is a Google Phone, Its called the Google
Nexus S, not a Samsung

Nexus One is
in no way shape or form better than the
Nexus S aside from MicroSD

Nexus S will get 720p via OTA just like
Nexus One, FM Tuner can be added as well just like Samsung Galaxy S had done it, as far as LED Notifications there are alternatives
in the market.
Camera, GPS, micro SD
slot and IR at same price as Fire HD and
Nexus make this a winner
in my book.
Storage-wise, there are 8 GB of internal storage, but ASUS has included a microSD
slot (32 GB max), so it fares better than the
Nexus 7
in that regards.

We would have liked to have a memory card expansion
slot in the device, but that is a frailty that Android's own
Nexus flagship shares with the Vibe Z.
To the ranks of the Sony Xperia Z2,
Nexus 5, and Samsung Galaxy S5 HTC now adds the One, and it
slots in nicely.
The
Nexus 6 also has a 64 GB model that the Galaxy Alpha does not offer, and with no microSD
slot in either device, that extra 32B is a nice feature.
It wasn't long ago we were talking about whether 8 GB of internal storage was still acceptable on the
Nexus 4, particularly
in light of its lack of an SD card
slot.
Just as Google's
Nexus 4 and Nokia's Lumia 920 each support wireless charging, rejuicing via simple desk pads rather than the fumble of
slotting in a microUSB cable, so chip and wireless specialist Qualcomm sees the future of electric and hybrid urban mobility being wire - free.
The DuPont Kevlar fibre and Corning Gorilla Glass construction gives it a good feel
in the hand, and it comes with an SD - card

Nexus 4 doesn't have.
The only major difference

Also pretty sweet is Android's new custom launcher - exclusive to the
Nexus 5 for now - which installs Google Now
in a permanent
slot to the left of the primary homescreen.
