You move with the left stick and shoot with the right, having three additional bombs that clear the screen and an unlimited bullet - time effect that
slows gameplay enough for you to move out of game - ending scenarios, but not enough to slow the pacing.

One can only hope that this game is successful
enough to justify a sequel of its own (a new Sonny 2 if you will) down the line, perhaps with slightly more elaborate
gameplay graphics and a
slower progression in difficulty.
Though at first
gameplay can be pretty
slow, once players have
enough castles it becomes very hectic, active and just plain fun.
It seems like a huge departure from the text, but it ultimately gives the game
enough action sections to feel refreshing when the text - based
gameplay would start to get
slow.
The good news is Hacker's Memory is taking it
slow, so by the time
gameplay mechanics will matter in the game, you'll know
enough to get you through all the major fights.
Even though the
gameplay can be difficult, the «pounce» mechanic, which enables Shank to soar through the sky in
slow motion with some speed blur for added effect and inflict a huge chunk of damage on whoever isn't lucky
enough to move out of the way is certainly a powerful addition.

gameplay just feels
slow and not fluid

This leads to an almost basketball - like
gameplay where one player runs through the whole pitch (running with the ball oddly
enough doesn't seem to
slow down players in FIFA Mobile) and either shoots himself or crosses for a header.
While the story is solid
enough for action aficionados, it will be the
gameplay that will have other players salivating at the chance to dive into
slow motion and slay the countless gang thugs that you will come across.
