At places the wall is 15m high and they are thick with
small Nudibranches, Pygmy Seahorses, Lembeh Seadragons and a variety of unusual crustaceans.

Researchers knew that the
small Mediterranean
nudibranch Cratena peregrina, with a colorful mane of streamers rippling off its body, climbs and preys on pipe cleaner skinny, branched colonies of Eudendrium racemosum hydroids, which are distant relatives of corals.
This week in Lembongan... The common goatfish is often overlooked by experienced divers as they glide their eyes over the reef and through the coral looking for a crazy
small creatures or that next colourful
nudibranch.
Nudibranch Heaven is a shallow dive spot that boasts many puffer fish, moray eels, and
small octopus.
The reefs are home to many
small Critters such as Ornate Ghost Pipe fish,
Nudibranch, Leaf Scorpion fish, Frogfish, Garden eels, a wide range of shrimps, Porcelain and orangutan Crabs and our cute Pygmy Seahorses.
Here, among the twisted remains of
small war wrecks and discarded ordinance, divers can find banded pipefish, crocodile fish,
nudibranchs of all sizes and colors, schools of glassfish, mandarin fish and more.
This wall site is accessed from the boat and you ascend down directly onto the reef wall that houses
small caves, overhangs where you will see Angelfish, Butterfly fish, Lionfish, Hawkish,
Nudibranch and if your lucky at the time a whale shark!

There are also plenty of
small things to catch your eye while drifting past, including a range of
nudibranchs, seemingly oblivious to the passing current.
Smaller delights include clownfish,
nudibranchs, long - nose hawkfish, pyramid butterflyfish, blackspot angelfish and fairy basslets and damselfish particularly near the tip.

smallest and most amazing creatures you can find here on the Gili Islands like winged pipefish, hairy shrimps, ghost pipefish and some amazing looking
nudibranchs.
The sanctuary is also known for
smaller finds such
nudibranch, eels, frogfish, scorpionfish and leaf fish.
You may be lucky and encounter reef sharks, but for sure you will find surgeon fish, bat fish, moray eels, stingrays, trevally, as well as many
small Critters such as Ornate Ghost Pipe fish,
Nudibranch, Leaf Scorpion fish, Frogfish, Garden eels, a wide range of shrimps.
If you're adventurous, dive with a grey nurse shark colony off Broughton Island, or, if you prefer to stay close to shore, dive among
small colonies of
nudibranchs and seahorses.
Schools of manta rays, reef sharks and wobbegongs may grab the limelight, but the real beauty lies in the variety of colourful
smaller creatures that you can see, such as
nudibranchs, shrimps, crabs and other crustaceans, pipefish and seahorses.
Some of the dives: Aquarium: 10 - 16 metres This is the ideal site to see
small reef fauna including clown fishes, stingrays,
small moray eels, angel and butterfly fishes, triggerfishes,
nudibranchs and more.
At slack tide, when there is no current at all, you can stop to see the
smaller creatures such as Blue ribbon eels, Orangutan crabs and some
nudibranchs.
The area is a haven for photographers as they can focus on the
smaller species such as multicoloured
nudibranches.
It's quite a
small wreck, but overgrown with colourful corals and gorgonians with sightings of
nudibranchs and variety of other critters.
The site is also a popular spot for night diving and usually offers an array of turtles,
small fish and
nudibranches.
The Japanese shipwreck in Lipah Bay is quite a
small wreck, but it's overgrown with corals in places, such as around the ship's propeller, with large gorgonian fans and sponges that have become playgrounds for schools of
small reef fish,
nudibranchs and varieties of other sea critters that macro photographers will love.
There is so much out there to discover:
small little funky looking creatures like ghost pipe fish, mantis shrimp, pygmy seahorse, blue ringed octopus, frogfish and a wide variety of
nudibranches.
Some of the marine life seen during the dive included: Banded Sea Snake, Day Octopus, Hawksbill Turtle and
smaller creatures, like the Bargibanti Pygmy Seahorse,
nudibranchs, five different kinds of flatworms, headshield slug, Hairy Shrimp and even a nocturnal Epaulette Shark.
We spotted a couple of
nudibranch, endemic yellow fin red snapper and many other
small reef fish.
A Whitetip Reef Shark, schooling batfishes getting cleaned and
smaller animals like the Bubble Coral Shrimp, Hairy Shrimp,
nudibranchs and a few Pygmy Seahorses, including the Raja Ampat endemic specie, were caught by our guests cameras.
Some of the sights of this dive included: Bicolor Parrotfish (juvenile), Yellowtail Coris (juvenile), Porcelain and Boxer Crab,
nudibranchs, like the Chromodoris, and also a couple of
smaller Potato Groupers.
Jacks, barracudas, moray eels, groupers, blue spotted sting rays, Rainbow Runners and scorpion fish are among the larger inhabitants, while
Nudibranch, antheas, and a variety of clown fish, cover the
smaller stuff.
As for the
smaller creatures, some
nudibranchs, shrimps and a juvenile Spotfin Lionfish were the highlights.
The Belongas dive site Gili Sarang features incredible
small creatures such as Harlequin Shrimp, Pygmy Seahorses, a multitude of
Nudibranch as well as big fish action.
